Debra Whitehead

Debra's trainings sparkle with the excitement that comes from participants being active and sharing their profound epiphanies along with their humorous observations of life as it relates to working and living with others. Since 1979 Debra has worked with people from all levels of for profit, nonprofit, union, and nonunion environments, facilitating processes for individuals and groups to help them become more effective in working together. Through her work as a special education teacher, a human resources director, a consultant, and a trainer, she has been helping people to become inspired, discover their powerful gifts, and make positive changes for themselves, their teammates, and their customers. In September 2000, Debra became a member of the CTAT Training team. Working with individuals and groups, she specializes in coaching and training leaders and teams to create effective and positive change. She uses training techniques that create fun and gentle, yet powerful, opportunities for personal discovery and change.
