This interactive workshop focuses on enhancing communication between the various generations. By bridging the generation gap, participants are encouraged to honor one another and our differences.  This in turn will create awareness, reduce stress and promote productive relationships both professionally (work) and personally. Through an accelerated learning technique participants will understand and discuss differences among the four generations, become aware of generational preferences and communication, understand the connection between miscommunication among today's multi-generational workplace and productivity/employee engagement, and grow to appreciate different perspectives that each generation brings to the workplace.
