Making Learning Stick

As presenters and trainers we can learn from Benjamin Franklin's wise words and stop just speaking to our audiences, but rather "facilitate learning." Within the training we examine perspectives and practices that make learning sticky so that your programs are not just inspiring or fun, but also transformative. Participants will integrate useful facilitation techniques such as Powerpoint, Lecture, Flip Charts, Movie Clips, Discussion, Activities, Reinforcement, and many other methods that invite them to actively consider making productive changes for themselves.
