Preparing For Employment in Three Key Steps (1-2-3)

Step 1: Getting Ready (Typical Duration: 3 days-2 weeks)
An individual and group training course in a classroom setting that prepares individuals for the job market by emphasizing job-readiness skills, computer knowledge and how to effectively conduct and independent job search.

  • Participation Hours and Requirements: 35 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm, at the Welton St. Training Center.

Step 2: Getting Started (Typical Duration: 90 days)
