Participants will analyze issues in hiring, disciplining, and discharging employees from the legal perspective. Also, we’ll investigate employee medical problems and the management of the work environment. Small groups of participants will tackle real-world problems through simulations to build sensitivity to employee issues and capacities for problem solving - crucial aspects of effective workplace management.
