Meetings II:  Crafting Productive Meetings in the Face of Conflict

Our sequel to "Meetings: From Madness to Magic" dives deeply into the challenging encounters when intense conflict arises in meetings.  This workshop, for seasoned meeting facilitators, helps us all to develop and share our repertoire of resources for addressing very divisive encounters in meetings.  When we encounter aggressive conflict, we often react in the way that is most familiar to us but that's not always the most productive choice.  Through this program, our options will grow through understanding the dynamics at play, getting clear about processes that influence the challenge, and sharing real-life strategies that work.  Through the follow-up sections of this program, we'll help each other get extensive practice in handling conflict effectively, especially the kind that can arise in groups.  It helps to have taken the Meetings I class prior to taking this class.
