Learn a powerful organizing system that will help you to naturally repel blame, victimization, and rescuing as you move to effectively and compassionately lead people into responsibility. You'll experience a proven model for communicating even in the roughest of circumstances which will help you to get productively through conflict and actually build relationships while you're doing it. Participants will have the opportunity to experience a personal, 4-Dimensional, leadership assessment gaining insight and feedback about their leadership behaviors from direct reports, peers, and managers. At the Institute you will receive a private assessment review with our expert to help you more fully develop your leadership behaviors and learn to make true Leadership an evolving, directed practice in your life.
