About your trainer:
LOIS HUNER, RN
Lois Huner has been a registered nurse for 26 years. Early in her career, she worked for 8 1/2 years on medical/surgical floors in the acute care setting. The vast majority of her experience after that was in administrative positions revolving around quality of care; such as precertification, utilization review and medical case management. She also has worked as a school nurse, admission coordinator and a Certified Nursing Assistant tester for licensure from the Board of Nursing. She is deeply committed to quality of care and excellent customer service, especially for those most vulnerable who can not defend themselves. My goal in teaching this class will to provide you the tools to safely and accurately give medication under the delegation of a Registered Nurse.
Classes and test are offered in English Only.
