Behavioral Intervention - Keeping it Positive
This training emphasizes a values based approach to behavior assessment and intervention. Participants will learn how their behavior influences others and how changing their responses can assist in shaping and maintaining positive behavior in others. The importance of functional and environmental assessments is underscored and how to use these tools when developing individualized behavior supports is emphasized. The basic principals of behavior intervention will also be reviewed and discussed.
